Panda Cares Center Unveiled with New Wall of Champions at USA Health Children’s & Women’s
On August 8, in honor of Panda Cares Day, we held a special ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Panda Cares Center for Hope at USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital. This space, once a multi-purpose room, has been transformed into a place of healing and inspiration, now adorned with photos of Children’s Miracle Network ambassadors. This transformation was made possible by the incredible generosity and dedication of Panda Express associates and guests.
During the event, Panda associates took time to tour the hospital, bringing joy to our patients with thoughtful gifts. The highlight of the day was when Panda presented a check to our CEO, Deborah Browning, committing nearly $250,000 to support the ongoing needs of this space and our hospital. This significant contribution underscores Panda’s unwavering commitment to the well-being of our children and their families. This room is more than just a space; it’s a symbol of hope, healing, and the power of community, and we are deeply grateful to Panda Express for making it all possible.
A special addition to the space is the Wall of Champions, which proudly showcases both past and current CMN Champions. This wall celebrates the bravery and resilience of these remarkable children, reflecting the deep impact of their stories and the vital role of our partnership with Panda Express. The Wall of Champions serves as a tribute to their strength and the incredible support we receive from our partners.
